"Good teams become great ones when the members trust each
other enough to surrender the 'ME' for 'WE'."

About Us

The Cleveland Baseball Federation

Cleveland Baseball Federation (CBF), is an independent non-profit organization that is passionate about baseball and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young athletes. We believe in providing every child with the opportunity to experience the joy of playing the game, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission goes beyond the field; we strive to instill values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in every player we serve. Through our programs, we aim to cultivate a love for baseball that extends far beyond the diamond, shaping the future leaders of our communities. Join us in our journey to empower youth, build character, and foster a lifelong passion for the game.

From 2006 to 2020, CBF proudly collaborated with Cleveland Indians Charities (CIC) as their exclusive partner in operating a youth baseball and softball league, completely free of charge, catering to the communities of Cleveland and East Cleveland. Through this impactful partnership, CBF also administered Major League Baseball's Reviving Baseball in the Inner Cities (RBI) program. The RBI initiative is designed to offer young individuals a constructive, team-centered activity, diverting their focus from the streets while simultaneously providing academic and physical challenges. Together with CIC, CBF has been dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing environment where youth can thrive both on and off the field, embodying the values of sportsmanship, discipline, and community engagement.

From the Hearts of Our Supporters

Growing up, I was always involved in team sports. I miss the camaraderie, commitment, the thrill of winning and the pain of losing. Through sports, we learn so much about ourselves and our willingness to sacrifice to be successful. It’s an honor to support the Cleveland Baseball Federation and its mission of providing kids the opportunity to play the game with no limits. No child should ever be excluded from the great game of baseball because of circumstances. Sports can change your life and your outlook on life. My thanks to the Cleveland Baseball Federation for making this a reality for thousands of local children.
